Tokenisation of Equity in Ireland - The panel discussion will look at the various opportunities around tokenisation in Ireland.





AKASHA Innovation Hub and SORS Digital Assets are excited to host a panel discussion on Wednesday 5th February covering the topic of Tokenisation in Ireland.


What does Tokenisation actually mean? Tokenisation converts rights to an asset into a digital token. To be specific a smart investment contract is created on a blockchain. Entirely new access to capital is established for innovative startups, SME’s, real estate projects, commodity markets and funds.


Our panel will discuss one of the fundamental financial assets, equity. If / how this can be done in Ireland and what this means for the various stakeholders.
